HEY, I'M AJ!
I'm a queer realtor based out of Calgary, Alberta. I recently partnered with Pansy Club to bring my services to more queer people across Calgary & the surrounding areas.
I'm a queer person running my own business, in a province that isn't always easy for queer people to live in… owning my business means I get to decide how I do things. I've decided I'm going to be the safe resource for ALL queer folks moving to, or around, this city.
If that offends you, you're probably not the right client for me- and that's totally okay. I'd rather spend my time with clients who vibe with me and my business than water myself down for people who don't.
HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS
If you found me through Pansy Club and decide to work with me on a home purchase or sale, (or both!) you're giving back directly to the organization.
Here's how:
every deal generated through my partnership with Pansy Club earns the co-op a referral fee: 10% of my gross revenue on that deal. That's 10% of my top-line revenue, before fees, brokerage splits, taxes, marketing, and all the other jazz that goes into a real estate transaction, going straight back to a queer organization we all know and love.
So when you work with me, you're getting an experienced professional in your corner and you're supporting your community, too.
